Rapid developments in the area of camera drones have opened up completely new applications and perspectives, which, until recently, were possible only with a lot of effort and by using very expensive technology.

Now it seems that a birds-eye view can be obtained in no time at all. However, this is where we have to separate the wheat from the chaff, as being able to use the technology is only a small part of the big picture. Without a good eye and the creative potential of the photographer, even the most breathtaking perspective will remain just an image.
